Guadalajara, Jal., Benjamin Medrano Quezada, former PRI mayor of the municipality of Fresnillo, Zacatecas (2013-2016) was murdered on the night of July 7 in the Santa Elena de la Cruz colony, in the northern zone of Guadalajara, but the crime was reported by relatives until this Friday.
