Guadalajara, Jal., Benjamin Medrano Quezada, former PRI mayor of the municipality of Fresnillo, Zacatecas (2013-2016) was murdered on the night of July 7 in the Santa Elena de la Cruz colony, in the northern zone of Guadalajara, but the crime was reported by relatives until this Friday.
Benjamin Medrano Quezada was at large and faced accusations of fraud for more than 60 million pesos.
