A nurse working at the Hospital Emergency Department in Wałbrzych has been accused of failing to perform her duties after an 88-year-old patient died there in May 2024. The accused, who was responsible for "triage" in the department, decided that the patient could wait for a doctor to intervene. Investigators assessed that the nurse exposed the patient to direct danger of losing her life.
