Deal with U.S. within reach 'only if diplomacy is given priority', Iran's foreign minister says
Iran's foreign minister says a fair nuclear deal is possible if diplomacy prevails amid heavy U.S. military buildup and regional tensions, with talks resuming in Geneva.
