PSV defender Armando Obispo will rejoin PSV later on Tuesday, following his failed transfer to French club Lens. The 27-year-old Curaçao international had set his sights on a move to Ligue 1, but saw the transfer fall through at the last minute. It was not possible to reach a personal agreement. PSV's Director of Football Affairs, Earnest Stewart, explained the situation.
