- The storm system affected 1,130 families, destroyed 130 homes, and damaged 436 others while killing more than 240 animals and wiping out 93 kilometers of roads, according to the authority.
- Authorities urged residents to avoid riverbanks as conditions remained 'unstable' on Monday, with crews continuing to survey at-risk areas while further rainfall was forecast for central and eastern regions.
