Bobi Wine has evaded capture for over 10 days amid a military crackdown accusing opposition of terrorism after President Museveni’s disputed re-election with 71.6% of the vote.

- Saying his escape proves state weakness, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu appealed to young urban supporters to use legal means to expose government and security forces, raising fears of unrest among Ugandans.
