A continuous bicycle path network could be created from Győr to Budapest, the Minister of Transport and Investment announced on his social media page on Friday.
In the first phase, a bicycle route leading from Komárom via Esztergom to the Danube Bend will be developed within the framework of the EuroVelo 6 network.
The minister wrote that according to the ideas, a connected route could be created, even from Győr to Budapest. The post Dávid Vitézy announced the construction of a bicycle path to fill the gap first appeared on 24.hu.
The cycling infrastructure along the Danube is being renewed, a continuous cycle path is being built from Komárom to the Danube Bend - we can cycle from Győr all the way to Budapest.
