On Monday, the Court of Instruction 3 of Badajoz received an unusual request - that of David Sánchez, brother of the President of the Government and charged for corruption offences in connection with his work in the Provincial Council of Badajoz - that the emails seized by the Central Operating Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard in the premises of the said Diputación should not be accepted as evidence.
