David “Davy” Eugene Smith, age 46, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2026, in Georgetown, Kentucky. He was born on December 6, 1979, in Harlan, Kentucky, to Jennifer Barker Smith and the late William Hayward Smith. David worked in construction, doing anything with his hands.
