One man has been arrested in connection to a domestic incident involving assault. It unfolded on Sunday at a residence along Timmonsville Highway in the Darlington area. Charles Ponn is accused of assaulting and adult and a juvenile victim. He then prevented them from contacting emergency personnel by breaking a cellular device.
