As Danish Festival Band members assembled their instruments, wetted their reeds and took their spots, they must have felt a little like Bill Murray’s 1993 movie “Groundhog Day.” But as the audience gathered at the scenic Tower Riverside Park on Thursday evening and the band set up under the gazebo, there were no indications the band was not eager to perform.
