Daniel Vargas seeks to “oblige” universities and CCSS to be accountable to the San José Legislative Assembly, Apr 04 (elmundo.cr) – The deputy head of the ruling faction, Daniel Vargas, announced in the Legislative Plenary the presentation of two bills that will impose on the authorities of the public universities and the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS) the obligation to present an annual report to the deputies and discuss it with them.
