Highs will be topping out around 100 degrees, with "feels like" temps up to 107-111.  This is a dangerous level of heat if you don't take it easy! Dangerous Heat Wave Hits NC, Extreme Temps Through Weekend

The combination of sweltering highs in the 90s and near 100, along with oppressive humidity, will push heat index values or “feels-like” temperatures to a scorching 105 to 115 degrees.
