MINNEAPOLIS — Sometimes being bad ends up being a good thing. The St. Cloud Cathedral high kick dance team's "Born to be Bad" routine, that was inspired by Emma Stone's 'Cruella' 2021 movie, propelled them to their first high kick state title in three years on Saturday, Feb. 14, at the Class A state high kick dance tournament at the Target Center in Minneapolis.
