Ex-Mayor Sole P.E.I. Liberal Leadership Candidate, Provincial Party Says
The former Summerside mayor is set to lead the party as it rebuilds after Robert Mitchell’s resignation and recent byelection losses.
- On Friday, Sept. 4, former Summerside mayor Dan Kutcher became the Prince Edward Island Liberal Party leader-designate after the nomination deadline passed without other candidates. Party president Katie Morello confirmed Kutcher as the sole approved candidate.
