Slavia Football Club will pay a fine of 120,000 crowns for unsportsmanlike behavior of fans in the opening spring league matches in Pardubice and against Mladá Boleslav. Ostrava was fined 60,000 crowns for violating the organizer's obligations in the duel with Olomouc. The Disciplinary Committee of the League Football Association reported this in a press release.
Slavia Football Club received a fine of 40,000 euros (970,000 crowns) from UEFA and a punishment in the form of a conditional closure of part of the stadium for the next home cup match for the behavior of the fans during the match with FC Barcelona.
Nyon (Switzerland) - The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has fined Slavia Prague 40,000 euros (970,000 crowns) for the behavior of their fans in the January Champions League match against Barcelona and imposed a conditional closure of part of the stadium for the next home cup match. The condition will have a two-year probationary period. UEFA announced the disciplinary body's decision on its website.
