According to the text messages of Petr Macinka released by President Petr Pavel on Tuesday, the foreign minister apparently wanted to provide Ukraine with four subsonic aircraft from the Czech army's arsenal. Macinka then explains in text messages what the president was “guilty of” and that he allegedly interfered with the delivery of L-159 Alca machines to the defending Kiev.
"It is language that is usually used in diplomacy shortly before two sides declare war," says Michael Žantovský, the president's advisor, to the SMS of Foreign Minister Petr Macinka (Motoristé).
