Culture and dedication shape statewide recognition for two Detroit Lakes seniors

DETROIT LAKES — Two Detroit Lakes seniors, both of the White Earth Nation, have earned statewide honors from the Minnesota Indian Education Association, each crediting their success to a blend of cultural identity, discipline and community support.
