Cubic Sensor & Instrument and Innovaer Technologies Form Joint Venture: Cubic Innovaer

Cubic Sensor & Instrument and Innovaer Technologies announced the formation of Cubic Innovaer in Hinsdale, Ill., establishing a North American joint venture to advance sensing technologies.
Built on years of mutual trust, Cubic Sensor & Instrument and Innovaer Technologies said the joint venture was a natural evolution, with Dr. Youhui Xiong calling North American expansion pivotal.
Technical details show Cubic Innovaer will offer gas sensors, air quality modules and full sensing systems, leveraging Cubic Sensor & Instrument's 20 years of R&D and mass-production capabilities for OEM/ODM customers and system integrators.
Customers will receive more customized sensor and system-level solutions, with Cubic Innovaer aiming to shorten development cycles, enhance design flexibility, and strengthen regional engagement supported by Cubic's R&D and supply-chain commitments.
Aligned with Cubic Sensor & Instrument's international growth strategy, Cubic Innovaer aims to accelerate market expansion across HVAC, automotive electronics, medical health, industrial safety and environmental monitoring sectors, the companies say.
