Cuban-Owned Vending Machine Company VMFS USA Sponsors Cuban Racing Driver Isabella Abreu
The Cuban-owned company said its backing will help fund Abreu’s karting and Formula 4 career and support its entrepreneurship campaign.
Hialeah-Based VMFS USA announced a sponsorship of Isabella Abreu, a Cuban racing driver competing in karting and the French Formula 4 Championship, providing financial backing and branded product support.
A VMFS USA spokesperson said the company's Cuban ownership shaped the decision, stating, "Isabella is Cuban, she's determined, and she's competing at an international level."
Born in Holguín, Abreu began racing karts after her family emigrated to Europe, later training on Florida circuits before debuting in the French Formula 4 Championship in 2026.
Beyond racing, Abreu has raised her profile appearing on the Univision program El Gordo y la Flaca and wearing a helmet marked with SOSCuba during 2021 protests.
This partnership coincides with a campaign encouraging entrepreneurship through vending machine ownership, offering supporters a path to start their own business while following Abreu's racing career.
