Héctor Zabaleta acknowledged six deliveries of money to Roberto Baratta, accused of being one of the coima collectors; these payments, however, were left out of the investigation because Justice understood that they were motivated by “humanitarian” motives.
Héctor Zabaleta, who is dismissed in the case, said the dates were consistent with Oscar Centeno's notes.
