The ‘green light' of Brussels has arrived and the partnership has come to fruition. CTT and DHL now have an alliance in the distribution of orders throughout the Iberian Peninsula. The financial link for CTTs has been slightly lower than estimated in December 2024.
It consists of several parts: in the acquisition of DHL Parcel Portugal by the CTT Expresso, Servi los Postales and Log stica, in the acquisition of 25% of the CTT Expresso by the DHL and, finally, in the acquisition of 25% of the Dances (national shareholder of DHL Parcel Iberia) by the CTT.
CTT Group closes the first quarter of 2026 consolidating its position as one of the main allies of electronic commerce in the Iberian Peninsula, with operating revenues of 329,4 million euros, 14.1% more than in the same period of the previous year.
