The case-law section of the Supreme Court of the Magistrates Council (CSM) once again tried to reach an agreement on the motions of the Justice Minister Marius Voineag and Alex Florence to appoint him as Deputy Prosecutor-General of DIICOT. Instead, the prosecutors of the CSM agreed that Voineag should return to the Park next to the Bucharest Court after the order of the Chief Prosecutor-General's DNA has been suspended.
The section for CSM prosecutors is voting in case of candidates from Alex Florence and Marius Voineag for driving functions in large parks, after the previous sitting failed to form a majority of the need to issue an opinion. The CSM article is entitled, for the fourth time, to vote for Alex Florence and Marius Voineag's opinions in order to become a member of the DIICOT and the General Park in Romania TV for the first time.
The CSM Prosecutor's Section was not able to reach a decision on opinions for Marius Voineag and Alex Florentia, proposed by the Minister of Justice for the Deputy Prosecutor-General's functions, the Deputy Prosecutor-General of DIICOT.
