CRST announces $1.9 million upgrade at Eagle Butte LTM

By Jon Flatland The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe (CRST) announced last week that its economic development branch, CREDCO, has been authorized to begin a $1.9 million upgrade of its flagship grocery store Lakota Thrifty Mart (LTM) in Eagle Butte. In addition, the tribe is in the process of clearing regulatory hurdles that will allow it to offer bingo and Class 2 gaming on the Cheyenne River Reservation.
