CROWLEY, La. (KLFY) -- The city of Crowley transformed its tennis courts into an ice-skating rink for "Rice on Ice." Valerie Myers, Community Development Director for Crowley, explains how they turned the sports complex into a winter wonderland. "It is artificial ice," Myers said.
