As expected, local councillor Anders Hansson (SD) received the most votes in the election for the municipal council in Hörby. But the biggest shock was caused by Besim Sylejmani (S). With 121 votes, he went from a lowly 13th place on the Social Democrats' list to become the party's second most-voted candidate.
