The Cape Ann League released its annual boys and girls cross country all-star teams this week, and Manchester Essex was honored with a trio of selections.

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – Southern Miss cross country places Emme Bates, Cadence Lapp, and Lexi Cooper on all-conference teams, as the league office announced Tuesday. These placements are based off their placements at the Sun Belt Cross Country Championships over the weekend in Foley.
