Criticism of Occupation: Sporrer Justifies VwGH-Personalia
Minister of Justice Anna Sporrer (SPÖ) defended on Saturday the planned procedure for filling posts for vacant top positions in the administrative court (VwGH) against criticism. In the Ö1 series "In the Journal to Guest" she said that the constitution provides for the occupation by politics just as it did. The austerity measures of the government defended Sporrer, but at the same time regretted the lack of new posts in the judiciary.

Minister of Justice Anna Sporrer (SPÖ) defended on Saturday the planned procedure for filling posts for vacant top positions in the administrative court (VwGH) against criticism. Transparency International (TI) and the umbrella association of administrative judges had only momented influence of politics on Thursday. Sporrer defends the occupations by politics in Ö1 radio on Saturday, which is what the constitution provides for.
