Moroccan artist Yasser Mounbir appeared before the Casablanca Correctional Court on Wednesday. In detention for three months, the 22-year-old graffiti, known for his committed paintings, was prosecuted for contempt of a constitutional institution and an official in the performance of his duties.
Incarcerated for three months, Yasser Mounbir is scheduled to appear before the Casablanca Correctional Court on Wednesday, September 16th. He faces the risk of a closed prison. His supporters denounce a turn of the authorities, while the prosecution for "outrage" is increasing.
The 22-year-old Moroccan graffiti artist, Yasser Munbir, has been detained for three months because of the drawings of King Mohammed VI published on social media. He may face up to four years in prison.
