NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, JUL 18 – More than 4,000 families were displaced by flooding and landslides triggered by Severe Tropical Storm Crising, with relief efforts ongoing and significant infrastructure damage reported, officials said.

- Tropical Cyclone Crising entered the Philippine area of responsibility on July 15 and intensified into a tropical depression by July 16.
