Crisfield man arrested in Delaware in connection to April homicide

CRISFIELD, Md. – A Crisfield man has been arrested on charges stemming from a homicide back in April. At around 4:45 p.m. on April 25th, Crisfield Police officers responded to a residence in the 200 block of Cove Street for a report of a person shot. Officers arrived at the scene to find a man, later identified as 20-year-old Evan Neal, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Further investigation led detec…
