MADRID, N.M. — Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers are asking the public for tips on a homicide case in August when a man was shot and killed near Madrid. New Mexico State Police responded Aug. 9 at around 10 p.m. to a report of a man suffering from a gunshot wound on New Mexico Highway 14 near milepost 29.
