Heavy delays on I20 in Duncanville due to 18-wheeler rollover

This morning at around 3:15am, Duncanville Fire/EMS, Duncanville PD, and Dallas County sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a major accident on westbound I20 near Duncanville Road.
