GREENSBURG - A coordinated response by local public safety, healthcare, and community partners ensured the safe evacuation and care of residents following a natural gas leak at Aspen Place on Friday morning.
Crews Respond to Aspen Place Gas Leak
(Greensburg, IN) – Emergency crews from several agencies were called Friday morning to a gas leak at Aspen Place Health Campus at 2320 N. Montgomery Road in Greensburg. It was around 10:23 a.m. when Decatur County Dispatch received the initial report. First responders determined the leak originated in the furnace room. As a precaution, all residents and employees were safely evacuated and relocated to other facilities in the area.
