When he lost his job five years ago during Covid, he sat at home, leafing through an old diary and trampling cabbage in the living room. Today, however, David Holáň from Ostrava processes one and a half tons of vegetables a month and supplies his fermented products under the Zeliiičko brand to health food stores across the country.
