Five years after the beginning of the investigations conducted at the Court of Justice of the Republic on the management of the Covid-19, three former members of the government, including Édouard Philippe, received a dismissal on Monday afternoon July 7. The dismissal had already been requested in May in favour of the former Prime Minister, the former Minister of Health Agnès Buzyn and his successor Olivier Véran.
Five years after the beginning of the investigations conducted at the Court of Justice of the Republic on the management of the covid-19, three former members of the government, Édouard Philippe, Agnès Buzyn and Olivier Véran, benefited on Monday 7 July from a dismissal.
Edouard Philippe, Olivier Veran and Agnes Buzyn are not referred to the courts for their management of the Covid crisis. A logical decision, even if the system has malfunctioned.
