Court Upholds South Seaside Park Leaving Berkeley

BERKELEY – The New Jersey Supreme Court decided South Seaside Park can leave Berkeley Township and petition to join Seaside Park.   The Supreme Court only ruled that SSP can leave Berkeley. Whether it joins Seaside Park is up to that town.
