The Sindh High Court’s constitutional bench has ordered Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (PSX: OGDC) to pay more than Rs. 789 million in gas royalty to Akbar Bugti’s grandson. The court overturned an earlier decision by a single-member bench that had rejected the claim and directed the petitioner to submit a new succession certificate.
