Court of Appeals Upholds Second-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct Sentence of Former Shelby Township Priest – BishopAccountability.org

The Michigan Court of Appeals has upheld the 7-15-year sentence of Neil Kalina (PDF), 70, for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old in 1984, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel. The Court of Appeals ruled that the trial court did not abuse its discretion during Kalina’s resentencing.
