Court in Dowa Fines Man K1.5 Million for Illegal Possession of Medical Drugs
The Mponela Magistrate’s Court in Dowa has ordered 52-year-old Maximiano Kapiyo to pay a fine of K1.5 million after he was found guilty of possessing various medical drugs without a licence. Kapiyo was arrested on 23 January this year following a tip-off from members of the public.
