The eleventh Federal Labour Court for Individual Affairs, based in Naucalpan, state of Mexico, ruled that it is competent to hear the trial promoted by an older adult with the aim of being declared a beneficiary of the labour rights generated by her deceased nephew, who served in the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), in Colima.
