- Dickson welcomed the ruling as a "vindication of the NDC's position" and urged party candidates to immediately adopt the constitutionally approved logo on all campaign materials, noting both versions retain the two-finger victory sign.
- With Peter Obi as its presidential candidate for the 2027 election, the NDC is now transitioning campaign materials to the officially recognized, constitutionally compliant emblem as required by the court's order.
