Dickinson County supervisors are pulling the plug on a partnership with regional mental health provider Collaborative Intervention Community Services (CICS), stating that the new system was failing residents in crisis. The board voted unanimously to terminate a three-week-old agreement with CICS after what county attorney Steve Goodlow called "a disservice to residents."
