County purchases two parcels near intersection of McKay Avenue and County Road 82

DOUGLAS COUNTY — Douglas County commissioners approved the purchase agreement for two parcels of land along McKay Avenue near the intersection with County Road 82. The first parcel, at 210 North McKay Avenue, is a .97 acre lot. The second parcel, which doesn’t have an address, is a 1.55 acre lot directly to the north of the first parcel.
