The Centre County United Way will soon have a new home. The nonprofit organization is relocating to 112 W. Foster Ave., Suite 301 at the Midtown Square Office Center in State College, effective June 1. It has been located at 131 S. The County of Essex will be moving to a new, online platform for residents to report road-related issues starting on May 28.
