A number of homes, properties, and pieces of land on sites across Glasgow are to be disposed of by Glasgow City Council to allow the creation of social, mid-market rent and private housing, supermarket development, student accommodation, shops and advanced manufacturing units after a council committee approved the decisions.

The City of Albuquerque’s Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency (MRA) is seeking qualified developers, contractors, and other interested parties to submit proposals for the redevelopment of multiple small properties. These sites are available for disposal and redevelopment in alignment with the City’s zoning regulations. Proposals can include residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, depending on what is allowed at each location.
