The Judicial Council (CJ) suspended the judge of the Criminal Guarantee Court of Chone, in Manabí province, identified as F.H.A.Z., for three months without pay, following a complaint of alleged sexual harassment of a judicial servant.
Just two days after Judge David Jacho of the National Court of Justice was punished for an alleged case of sexual harassment, the Council of the Judiciary issued a new disciplinary measure, this time against a judge of the Criminal Guarantee Court of Chone, in Manabí.
Judge Fabin Antn was suspended for three months without remuneration, after a judicial servant denounced him for sending him a sexual video with expressions of my gins through WhatsApp.
