Council of Citizen Participation, Hurried in the Election of the Attorney General because Code Gives Him 30 Days to Start the Public Contest

The current urgency of the Council of Citizen Participation and Social Control (CPCCS), to form a citizens' commission within 30 days to elect the head of the Attorney General's Office, is in accordance with a provision of the Organic Code of the Judiciary (COFJ) that gives 30 days for the selection contest to be convened.
