Swansea Council has submitted an application to the High Court in an attempt to stop an agreement between the Welsh Rugby Union and Y11 Sport & Media to buy Cardiff Rugby, which could mean winding up the Ospreys region. The request was approved by all parties in the Council during the Cabinet meeting at the beginning of the week.
