Council approves park resurfacing project

By Conner Howell Luverne’s Mayor, Ed Beasley, and the City Council approved an update to the city’s Parks and Recreation Center recently. The project is planned to provide more recreational activities for citizens in the community. Construction is expected to begin in September and be completed by the first of October.
